This is the operating division of S & P that deals with Building Services Engineering works. The division offers services in domestic, commercial, and industrial installation. The firm is registered by both Engineers Board of Kenya (EBK) and the Ministry of Roads & Public Works as Building Services Engineers.

    • SyldonPower

    This is the operating division of S & P that deals with power infrastructure including energy audits.
    This division is involved in design of rural and urban power transmission line and sub-stations.
    It also deals in design of power sources like hydro power stations and solar power supply.
    We are strongly involved in mini-grids and standalone systems in under served areas, but also in Tie-grid systems.

    SyldonComm

    This is the operating division of S & P that deals with provision of telecommunication services.
    This includes Local Area Network (LAN), Wide Area Network (WAN).
    The division also undertakes National Policy on Communication and Regulatory Framework.

    SyldonInfra

    This is the operating division of S & P that deals with Urban and Regional Infrastructural Development Projects, such as Municipal Engineering.
    The division offers services ranging from feasibility studies through to master plans including detailed designs and construction supervision, mainly for municipal and urban development projects.

    SyldonEnviron

    SyldonEnviron in collaboration with its’ associate partner, this is the operating division of S & P that deals with Environmental Management. As a leading player in the infrastructure development in Kenya and regionally, S & P is involved in undertaking environmental studies which include Impact Assessments, Mitigation Plans, Monitoring and Audit. The firm is registered by the National Environment Management Authority (NEMA) as a firm of lead experts in Environmental Impact Assessment and Audit.

    Our environmental services help both private and public sector clients for any of our projects balance growth with resiliency — achieving compliance and reducing, or eliminating, risks while protecting our natural environment.

    We work closely with clients and communities to solve the most complex environmental challenges throughout the business life cycle: asset development, operations optimization, integrated products, and restoration and reuse.  Our core value of Safety underpins all our work.
